TERMS AND CONDITIONS

About Polevocative Pole dance classes

We provide a fun, warm and friendly atmosphere for you to come to and enjoy pole dancing with us. If the unlikely occasion occurs where a participant is negatively disturbing the vibe of the class or undermining the instructor, they will not be welcome in any future lessons/parties at the studio.

Considering your safety is imperative in delivering a professional service to you. We take this responsibility seriously when designing class structure, including a warm-up at the beginning of each class. Therefore to reduce disruption to other students and ensure you get the best out of each lesson you could be refused entry if you are late.

Rules with trying new moves

During pole dancing lessons if you want to try a move for the first time that you can see another student performing, please wait for the instructor to explain the technical breakdown to you. Encouragement and support of each other is fantastic, but it is the instructor’s job to make a judgment on each individual’s ability. We have years of teaching experience and have been fully trained on how to safely teach all of the moves and can see when you are ready.

We take steps to eliminate the possible risks of injury as best as possible. Therefore it is important that you follow the instructors tuition at all times. You may be asked to leave the lesson/course/party if you do not listen to the instructor’s guidance as you could be putting yourself and other students at a risk.

Health & Safety

You are advised not to attend the lesson if you are aware of any injury/illness and other conditions which may affect your participation, and if doing so attend the lesson at your own risk. Physical contact may be necessary by the instructor; if needed you can speak to the instructor about this before or during the lesson.

You will be required to fill out a disclaimer form and health questionnaire before the session, keeping the instructor informed of any changes throughout your time at Polevocative. All details are kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Bookings and Payments

Pole Princess Bookings: All lessons must be booked and confirmed no later than 24hrs before attending. Any lessons missed during the 4 week booking will not be refunded or carried over to the following week. However, as a goodwill gesture we always do our best to accommodate you in another class but this must be during the same week and providing there is availability. If you are unable to attend the alternative classes with availability unfortunately you will lose your class payment.

EXAMPLE: You can't make your Saturday class. You may attend the Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday BEFORE, but not after your next due class

We will offer a full refund/carry over only in circumstances where you cannot take part due the lesson being cancelled or re-arranged/postponed.

Pole Goddess and VIP Pole Warrior Bookings: All lessons must be booked in and confirmed before attending. If you are unable to attend your class, we will do our best to accommodate you in another class during the same week but this is subject to availability. If you need to carry over a class to the following week, this will be possible but within reason and only on occasion, not on a regular basis. We require at least 72 hours notice that you will not be coming to your booked class so that we can open up the space to other students. The more notice we have the better, as there will be a higher chance of a space for you in the following week's classes. If you are unable to attend the alternative classes with availability unfortunately you will lose your class payment. Classes cannot be carried over past the four-week period; each month is a new set of classes.

Any additional classes taken up during your four week course are all additional, not a replacement to existing classes. This includes private lessons.

We do not accept cash payments. (Except for Body blast classes)

Pole party refund policy

Full payment of the party is required 7 days prior to the event, at this time attendee numbers will be fixed. If you cancel your pole party 7 days before the start date or more we will refund the full amount minus the deposit.

If you cancel with less than 7 days before your party you will only get 50% of the full amount back.

If you cancel within 24 hours, you will not receive any refund.

If agreed that your party is transferred to a different date you will lose the right to a refund and we will only transfer you once.

Class cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

We reserve the right to change the time, and date of your lesson, course or pole party. You will be informed if this happens and a refund or transfer will be given if we cannot meet your requirements.

We reserve the right to alter the ratio of people per pole for safety reasons, in the event that a pole is faulty on the day of your lesson. However under normal circumstances there will never be more than two students per pole.
