POLEVOCATIVE STUDIO CROYDON
Our classes are run from our custom built Polevocative Studio in Croydon, attracting a diverse range of ages and fitness levels. We run three types of course packages based over four weeks so you decide how many classes you would like to take during that time. All of our pole dancing classes are 1 hour 15 minutes and are pre-booked either through a direct bank transfer, standing order or paypal. We take private bookings throughout the day, weekends and evenings; please call us to discuss your requirements and availability and see our timetable below for further information.

Beginnners - Our beginner pole dancing classes are perfect for those who are wanting to try pole dancing.

Our beginner classes are perfect if you have never tried pole dancing before or have had one or two lessons. Each week your body will feel the challenge of mastering spins, poses and holds, gradually building up your strength and stamina. Everybody learns at a different pace but you will start to see your own individual progression every week, your fitness, body awareness and dance posture improving all the time.
Intermediate - Once your strength and confidence have developed the next level is our intermediate classes.

If you have become a pole addict this is the ideal place to come and share your passion! With an extensive and innovative dictionary of pole moves, each lesson is tailored with your individual skill level in mind. Stick with it and notice your body getting stronger, leaner and more capable as you pull together gravity defying moves. You will never be bored!
Intermediate to Advanced - For the ultimate pole addict to come and indulge in your addiction!

Polevocative Private Lessons - Our private lessons are tailored to your individual needs, giving you the chance to explore and further your abilities in pole dancing.

There are lots of benefits to private lessons, the most popular ones are fast progression, improved technique, identifying strengths and areas of improvement. We also choreograph bespoke pole routines for students to perform at pole dancing showcases and competitions. Private lessons are also ideal for people who want to try pole dancing with a friend before joining group classes.
Lesson price is £50 for one hour's intense training, maximum of two people
Pole Grind - Pole Grind is an intensive training lesson for all levels of fitness and will take you to Elite extremes of performance!

The latest bespoke class to arrive at the Polevocative Studio! In this class you will power through muscle-specific moves and exercises designed to highly sharpen your stamina and strength on the pole, military style. This class will bring inspiration and improvement to your home workout techniques in between lessons.
Class prices- £15-00 per lesson/ £12 for course bookers as your second session

COURSE PRICES
Package 1: VIP Pole Warrior £105 8 x 1 hour 15 minute classes every four weeks. Greater flexibility with missed classes plus one complimentary Body Blast class per month. Discounted freepole sessions (£6) and VIP discounts on all specialist workshops.
Package 2: Pole Goddess £80 6 x 1 hour 15 minute classes every four weeks. Greater flexibility with missed classes. Discounted freepole Sessions (£7) and VIP discounts on all specialist workshops.
Package 3: Pole Princess £60 4 x 1 hour 15 minute classes every four weeks. Freepole sessions are £9 extra.
Extra lesson of the week - exclusive to course bookers £13 per session
Taster/pay per lesson: £18 per session
